APS is made to address all the imperfections and the short comings of today arrow preparation tools on the present market. With APS, one can assemble arrows easily and accurately on a single piece of tool. APS is a high precision all-in-one tool that squares both ends of the arrow at the nock and point end, this tool also allows you to check the arrow for straightness on the spin tester. APS is a unique track base system with 2 supports for the working arrow which each support employs 2 high precision dual ball bearings system to ensure smooth and accurate arrow assembly. To ensure precision, the ball bearing support is made of custom built high precision brass shoulder screws so the ball bearing will be perfectly aligned on the support with no lateral movement. As the APS has no pre-built grinding surface, you don't have to worry about the wearing of the grinding surface as there is none. Instead grinding surface is achieved by using a 3M adhesive backed sandblaster sand paper, a 2/3" X 7-1/2" sheet and then just stick the sandblaster paper on the grinding block and it is done. The grinding block is made of a solid piece of heavy anodized Aluminum for durability, so one would not have to worry about damaging the block while removing the adhesive back and affecting the straightness of the block.
