Marinade tumbler marinates meat using a vacuum and tumbling process. Simply place food and marinade in the barrel, attach vacuum hose and turn it on. High powered vacuum works to remove air from the barrel, stretching the fibers of the food pulling moisture and marinade to its core. Once vacuum process is complete, turn knob to lock out air pressure and place barrel on rollers. The tumbling motion flips marinade continuously onto the food, massaging the marinade into the food. Process takes approximately 2-20 minutes.
